Are all lists considered as point form?

Hi, When do we know we have to list something in point form and when not?

1. Here is a list of other issues yoiu might want to consider teaching students:

false starts

turn-taking

agreeing and disageeing

asking questions for clarification

Does listing of issues need to align the structural contents? I think not.

2. Try to find stories that have:

predictability

strong plot

vivid images

Does this qualifies as something that needs to be listed in point form?
