I'm looking down at the ground floor from a window above at the second floor.

I'm...from a window above on the second floor.

I'm...from a window up at the second floor.

I'm...from a window up on the second floor.

Are all four fine?

I wouldn't say 'fine'. This is fine:

I'm looking down at the ground floor from a window on the second floor.
