Are a good example vs. are good examples

A. Your sentences are a good example.
B. Your sentences are good examples.

1. Which of the sentences above is correct?
2. Can I say A to mean that the example sentences are taken collectively as one example?
3. Can I say B to mean that the example sentences are taken individually?
4. Which is most natural to say when making a comment to someone who has given the following examples? A or B?


The girl dances gracefully.
