"Please find attached herewith the minutes of the meeting approved by the Company for your record" --- is this sentance is correct.

It's passable. "herewith" is dated and stuffy business jargon; I would personally delete the word.

In my opinion the sentence would be better as "For your record, please find attached the minutes of the meeting approved by the Company." This is to avoid a possible misreading that the minutes were approved for your record.
