Letter Writing

Approval Letter !

Greetings,

A little background about what I am seeking:

I did a small project for a client which he loved and we also sometime back talked about marketing that product together. Now I am getting a lot of inquiries about that product. I want to write an email to him seeking his approval to sell that product on his behalf and give him his cut. Please help me format such an email.

Any help will be much appreciated.
