Approprite Questions for given Sentences.

Can someone frame appropriate questions for these sentences which are gramatically correct. I will be very thankful to him. I need them as part of my assignments for my distance learning program. I am not a native English speaker so I am bit confused.
(1) That's right, glad to meet you.
(2) Yes, thanks, I had a very good journey.
(3) I'd like to see Mr. Satish, if he is in the office.
(4) On my last visit I spoke to Ms. Poonam.
