Appropriate verb with 'acne'

Hi

Could you please tell me which verb is appropriate here?

(When the acne is no more active or fresh on the face)

  1. She noticed that her facial acne had deadened a great deal after the new medicine.
  2. She noticed that her facial acne had diminished a great deal after the new medicine.
  3. She noticed that her facial acne had subsided a great deal after the new medicine.
  4. She noticed that her facial acne had faded a great deal just after the new medicine.

Thanks,

Tom

My choices would be subsided, diminished, or become less severe. faded seems OK, too.
