APPROPRIATE VERB TENSES USED IN USING "IF" AND "ONCE" IN A SENTENCE

Hi There!

I just want to have a clear view in mind regarding the appropriate verb-tense rules when using the word "IF" and "ONCE" in a sentence.

For example:

1. If you received the package please inform us.

If you have reveived the package please inform us.

2. Once we received the package, you will be credited accordingly.

Once the credit posted on your account, the authorization hold will be relingushed.

I wasn't really going by any rules. I just corrected your sentence on the basis of what sounded logical.
