Apprehensive

Due to the bus strike, passengers are apprehensive about not operating the bus service. They are stranded at the bus stops. It affected office goers and students' regular activity.

Ram is apprehensive about running the full marathon.  He fears he has not trained sufficiently.

The last sentence needs some help, too.
