Is ' apprehension' used properly in the following sentences?

I could not overcome my apprehension that I could fail the test.

Her apprehension that he would leave her came true.

people have apprehension over something that would( or will?) not likely to happen.

Just one minor correction in the last sentence "...is not likely to happen" or "will/would likely not happen".
