Grammar

Appreciate/will appreciate.

Dear teachers,

Someone will reply to my post. After getting a reply from them. Should I say, I appreciate for spending time to reply for my post or I will appreciate for spending time to reply for my post.

Thank you so much.

" I appreciate your spending time replying to my post. -- This is the correct grammar, but more than needed in this forum. Even better than "thank you" is "Thank you.

  • " I appreciate your spending time replying to my post.
  • -- This is the correct grammar, but more than needed in this forum.
  • Even better than "thank you" is "Thank you.
  • " and then people know there is no more need for additional comments.
  • I think you know that "I will [verb]" is for the future: I will appreciate this when I'm an adult, I suppose, but right now, touring these ruins is boring.
