Appreciate

Could anybody correct the sentences below for me?

(1) I really appreciate your allowing/allowance me to stay at your house in the holidays.

(2) We really appreciate the people of English forums teaching me English.

(3) I really appreciate your help/helping in these/the last three months.

(I mean it is October now, and I appreciate his help in the October, September and August.)

(4) I really appreciate your help/helping on the school fete.

(The school fete lasts for a day. I don’t know whether it is right to call it school fete. We are studying in a private school, we need to sell food and things and provides games for outsiders to play and buy, so that we can earn some money to give our school. We only do it once in a year.)

(5) I really appreciate your changing seat with me.

Many thanks in advance.

Yes, 'bazaar' is good. In Japan, it is translated into English as 'festival'.
