I am going to ask a person to send an agenda. How to say correctly:



"We would highly appreciate it if you send us the agenda", or

"We would highly appreciate it if you sent us the agenda"

May I contribute my humble two cents? Consider: We WILL greatly appreciate it if you SEND it. Consider: We WOULD greatly appreciate it if you SENT it. In English, the past form is considered more polite: Hey, CAN I sit here? Excuse me, COULD I sit here? Of course, you could always write: We would very much appreciate your sending the information.
