1. Want me to get it appraised? Or

Want me to have it appraised? Both correct w/ same meaning?

2. I'd be prouder if I had helped out. Or

I'd be prouder if I helped out. What's the difference?

3. What's his relationship with that guy. And

What's his relationship to that guy. Is there a difference and are they both usable?
