Appraisal

Would you please correct my grammar on the appraisal report.

Good things: I am proactive, hard working, no mind to do any things / work if I can help and responsible for the work / job

Weakness things: Need to learn refuse some work if this is not related from me and should ask the right person to handle / follow. Need improvement on English and more careful to deduct / less the typing mistake.
