Appples for cooking

Which are correct:

1) In this supermarket, they have apples for cooking and apples for eating fresh.
2) In this supermarket, they have apples to cook and apples to eat fresh.
3) In this supermarket, they have apples for you to cook and apples for you to eat fresh.

All are correct grammatically I think. But the second one is a bit strange as it implys the supermarket is the one cooking and eating those apples.

Hmm, I don't see that at all. The only thing that bothers me is 'eat(ing) fresh'. Why mention it? That's what we normallyu do with apples.

I think in some countries, they cook apple soup. Those are the big ones and not so sweet. The ones not so good to eat fresh.
