Suppose one of my sisters is a single mother and English teacher and I want to use appositive to express this idea, should I say:
My sister an English teacher is a single mother. My sister, an English teacher, is a single mother. My sister the English teacher is a single mother. My sister, the English teacher, is a single mother.
Thank you for advice.

Thank you for reply. But the appositive here (an English teacher) is restrictive (because I have several sisters), are the comma before and after the appositive necessary?
