Appositive relative clause

Hi,

Apple said it would pay a quarterly dividend of $2.65 a share beginning in its fiscal fourth quarter, which starts July 1, and that its board had authorized a $10 billion share buyback starting Sept. 30. In all, Apple expects to spend about $45 billion over three years on the plan, all of the money from cash generated by its United States sales.

..., all of which will be coming from cash generated by its United States sales.

Can this be used instead of the bold part?

Thank you in advance.

No. You would need to add a subject to "being" if you wanted "being" in that sentence.
