Letter Writing

Appologize

Hi,

My advisor at the university who is responsible for my admission has requested me through the following email to contact Mrs. Al if I have questions in the future because I contacted a third party yesterday who forwarded my mail to him:

"

Hi Kai:

I fully understand your situation. I suggest you contact Al if you have any questions. She will refer you to the right person if she cannot help.

Good luck with your exams.

"

What would you write as answer if you would want to say:

Ok. It will never happen in the future etc. I will do it exactly as you said.

But I cannot formulate this polite enough.

Thank you in advance

Here is how I would write it: "Yes Sir/Ma'am, I will. Thank you for understanding and I assure you that this will not happen again. ] Respectfully, [Your Name]" I hope this helps and would be happy to give you something in more detail if you would like to send me information about what it is regarding.

"Yes Sir/Ma'am, I will. Thank you for understanding and I assure you that this will not happen again. [Here, if you feel an apology for something is necessary, I would suggest adding "I apologize for the situation/inconvenience." depending on the situation.]

Respectfully,

[Your Name]"

I hope this helps and would be happy to give you
