Application with a detailed CV quoting reference number to

Hi,

The following sentence is in a job advertisement.
Sentence:
Please submit your application with a detailed CV quoting reference number: ABC12345 to: hr @ abc.com.

Question:
Does the company want me to write the reference number in my CV?
Does the company want me to write the reference number in the file name of my CV?
Does the company want me to write the reference number in my email only?

Thanks

Hi, The grammar just specifies 'in the CV', but people do not always write these things carefully. I'd put the number in both the email, and the CV. I suppose you could also put it as part of your file name if you wanted to.
