Application to Management

Dear Sir,

This is to apprise the management that the fuel allowance which I am eligible for won’t suffice for my travel cost. As mandate by my job responsibility, I have to visit the site for a measurement more frequently and moreover the consumption of fuel for local is higher as everyone knows. The fuel allowance provided to us is not enough even if we travel by taxi.

If the management could look into this matter and revise my fuel allowance as there has been problems with regard to pool vehicle here in the centre I would be very grateful.
