Application to know (someone's)the changes of a specimen signature

SIR,

I BORROWED MONEY TO SOMEONE.


AFTER MANY TRAILS, HE GAVE ME A CHEQUE FOR REPAY.

PREVIOUSLY THE SIGNATURE ON THE GIVEN SIGNATURE IS CORRECT.

BUT,

AFTER HE HAD GIVEN ME THE CHEQUE , HE CHANGED HIS SPECIMEN SIGNATURE AND ALSO TRANSFERRED HIS SALARIED ACCOUNT FROM ONE BRANCH TO ANOTHER BRANCH.


THE GIVEN CHEQUE HAS BEEN DIS-HONOURED BY SAYING TWO REASONS

1) INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

2) SIGNATURE DIFFERS.


I WANT TO KNOW FROM THE BANK WHEN DID HE CHANGE HIS SIGNATURE.


HOW TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE CONCERN BANK MANAGER.

Dear Anil, I don't know about the country where you live, but I'm fairly certain in the US, a bank won't give that information to anyone except the account owner. Nonetheless, I will help you with the letter you want to write. I would recommend that you send a copy of the front and back of the check in question.
