PLEASE, quick response is needed.Thanks.R/Sir,       I would like to inform you that in the on going SSC examination the students of our school, XYZ, are having the question paper where their roll numbers are misprinted. They are writing their roll numbers on their section "A" question papers by hand. This may affect the result of our students adversely.         I, therefore, request you to take necessary actions as soon as possible.      Thank you.

I am guessing the R/Sir means "Respected Sir," but it is not used in my part of the world.

It's not clear to me what actions you are requesting. Are you asking for new question papers for the sections following "A" section? Are you just informing the authorities that the printed roll numbers are wrong, and the correct ones are written by hand? Why would this adversely affect the results?
