Application letter

I'm a girl from Italy, I'm gonna write a letter to attach to my CV, in order to send to FAO to apply for a job. Really, it's not an apply for a specific job, but only in the case they need someone with my profile...Someone can help me?I studied english at high school, and I learnt how to write an application form, but it's a long time that I ain't speak in english..If some can help me, can contact me at this email address: Email Removed.
