Hello!
I have to answer some questions that are in my job application form. Could you please help me rewrite the answers in a better and more natural English please?
1) What is your greatest achievement to date and why do you regard it as such?
My Answer:
I consider my greatest achievement to date is achieving an internationally recognised qualification in teaching English, which is CELTA, and developing the confidence to apply the most progressive teaching methods in your work so as to elicit enthusiastic responses from your students in their learning. From my past experiece so far, my adult students have always known I will faciliate their learning and that I was ready to do anything to show them alternative learning styles that fit best for them. I always placed myself in their shoes and taught them the English grammar rules what I would have expected if I was a second language learner. Despite the many challenges I faced in the language department at university, my students gave me a reason to smile.
