Respected Sir,
I was away from work for four months because I was suffering from brain stroke blood clotting strain in the months of June and July 2018. By the grace of Allah Almighty, with complete bed rest and regular medication I recovered from it. Although, soon afterwords, before I could rejoin my job I suffered from typhoid and was again on bed rest for two more months. As soon as, I recovered from this I resumed my work in the month of October 2018. Since then I am regularly reporting to the headquarter.
My department has withhold my salary because of my continuous absence from work, although I had informed the department about my rejoining. I therefore request you to release my salary. My medical certificates and reports regarding my illness are attached to the application for your consideration.
I hope you will consider my health condition I had been through and will release my salary as soon as is practical.
