Covering Letter For Long Term Student Visa
GERMAN E MBASSY July 15, 2011
Riyadh , Saudi Arabia

TO: HIS EXCELLENCY THE CONSUL
Subject : Application for long term Student Visa Passport No. N009638653

Dear sir / madam:
My name is Mohamed Hamza Bahlawan and I am 18 years old. I graduated from high school in Saudi Arabia at a rate of 98.48%, before deciding to complete my studies in Germany. Please note that I was accepted to study medicine and German, and that during this time I learned German principles online. It was difficult for me to attend Goethe institute in Riyadh because of the distance and the problems in my passport.

Now I want to get a visa to study in Germany. I chose Germany because of its support for foreign students, as well as because it is a first world country and certificates from its universities are recognized all over the world.

I chosen in particular to study in the city of Bonn because it is a small city, which really helps me learn the German language and the culture of its people quickly and fast, and at the same time I am finding myself able to deal with Germans in their own culture and their style. I will turn to Aachen to study medicine because Aachen University got in 2007 for the title of the elite university and enjoy the spirit of creativity.

As for my reason for choosing the optional branch of medicine, I have several:
1- My humanity does not allow me to see people suffer and not help them
2- My father, who is a medical professional, encouraged me greatly to study this field, especially after I went to meetings with him outside of work with his fellow doctors and listening to discourses about patients and how to treat them
3- The problems and disasters that occur in my country (Syria) have left a lot of sick and infirm people as well as many health problems.
So I decided to study medicine in order to go back to my country and serve my family and the people.

I will certainly not be the only person who will study this branch of science in my state, but I aspire to stand out with my experience, my German degree and global certificate. Then I have done well for my new culture.

Now, I ask you to please approve my request to get a visa and I wish this opportunity is not lost.

Thank you for your patience.

Best wishes,
