Application for increment of salary

As you are aware of our increment which was forwarded recently to that I wanna have some issues. Sir as per your commitment and verbal communication about increment which was going to be 15% every year while making us recruit in your company to that we have decided to join but recently we found that there is no 15%increment after completing a year this company and also our colleagues who are working are getting more than 25000/month, so we are getting some doubts that we cannot see our future bright by working here .
