Subject: request for the grant of salary

Respected/Sir,

On December 3rd, 2018 during last period, I asked for a day's leeway from Mr Smith for the submission of the English test result. Things went a little wrong and he, in stead, asked for my resign. I was bound by my agreement and could not leave the job on my own until the end of the session but when he asked for my resign I happily did so. I was fad up by the tiering, ireksome and hard job conditions in your institute. I look upon Mr Smith's order as redumption. Before leaving Mr Smith told me that the authority will forfeit my security amount. Although, according to the rules and regulations, the authority can not do so, as I was actually fired, I accepted it. He, on my demand, promised me that the authority will pay me my November salary which he latter on refused to pay which is unjust.

My reputation as a teacher was outstanding. All my students were setisfied with my method of teaching. Since I joined the institute the students always showed good results in English on the board examination. I always proved to be a nice and helping colleagues for my co-workers; they have no complaints against me. Although I was fad up I did my job honestly and sincerely until I was working there. Keeping in view my reputation and the condition I faced on December 3rd, please release my salary. Though in the circumstances I resigned from my job the authority can not forfiet my security amount I'm not asking for that.

I hope you will look into the situation careful and will resolve the dispute sensibly, and will release my salary soon.

When you include reprobations in a message, any appeal for a positive response is lost. After you complain and insult them, why should they do anything you request?
