Respected Sir,
Sub: Request for a leave of absence
I would like to request a leave of absence for seven days . I plan on leaving June 22nd,2015 and returning June, 29th,2015.
I wish to travel to UK with Cox’s @ Kings. So that the reason for my requested absent is totally personal.
It is my full intention to return to work as scheduled.
