Dear Mr. Smith,

I am the parent of John Richmond studying in 6th grade at your prestige institution. You had given him a 35% tuition fee concessions on an earlier agreement which you have ended a few months ago without any solid grounds. I paid full fee for the last few months but even after the installments the dues are not manageable for me. I do not have any other source of income at my disposal except my humble job, and have many other commitments to spend on which are impossible for me to cutoff.

John is a brilliant student. You have always admired him for his academic achievements and classroom behaviour. This always enhanced my expectations for his future success. It would be hard for me to pay his full fee. I, therefore, request you to restore the fee concessions, so that he can pursue his studies and realize the dreams we have for his future.
