Application for delay in fee submission

Dear Madam,

My children are studying in your school names…I have not submitted the fees for the fourth quarter which was due in the month of January due to some financial problem. My husband is not well and got admitted in hospital for 3 months since January. I am the only earning member of the family. I have to bear hospital expenses as well. Could you please give us 15 days more time to submit the fee and it will be more generous of you if you remit the fine also.
