Subject: request for the correction of dates

Respected sir,

I have been working as Secondry School Teacher since July 7th, 2012. I am on number 2942 on the seniority list . I have seen my data on the list some of which is incorrect. On the list, first of all, my first appointment date is written as March 3rd, 2012 which is incorrect. The correct date is September 19th, 1998. Second of all, the issue date of my Bachelor of Education degree is August 10th, 2012 which, too, is incorrect. The correct issue date of my degree is July 26th, 2005. These incorrect dates are effecting my position on the seniority list. Please make corrections to these dates on the list so that I can have my rightful position on the list.
