Application for bus service activation

Hi, everyone.

Respected Sir,

It is stated that I am a student of second year (Department name).I am writing this to bring to your kind attention that I have been in a bike accident, which was my regular commute medium. Nowadays, I have to go on local bus and it is also quite unsafe. Therefore, I want to subscribe to the university bus service, but due to financial issues, I can't pay you the subscription charges in lump sum (i.e. semester wise). I would be very grateful if you would allow me to pay the charges of the bus service in monthly installments. Kindly facilitate me in this regard.
