APPLICATION FOR ANNUAL LEAVE

I want to apply for annual leave in other to participate in the orientation exercise organised by National Youth Service Corps and also to solicit that my outstanding salary be paid to enable me meet the expenses that would be required for my afore-mentioned programme.
