Application for a recreational trip 2

Someone made these changes to my application on EF. All the teachers are requested to look at this for more and authentic corrections.

"As we have completed our exams, we would like to go on a recreational tour. We would be very much grateful to you if you could organize a recreational trip for our class ( IX A).

Thank you for your consideration."

Now that we have completed our exams, we would like to go on a field trip (to celebrate / for some R&R / as a reward for our hard work.). We would be grateful if you could organize a trip for our class.
