application for a loan from my employer.

i have an accomodation problem, which i need to vacate from where i am now to pack to another apartment and i don't have enough money to do that, i spoke to my director and he ask me to write a letter inrespect of a loan from the company that it will be deducted from my salary monthly bases. i need a help on how to write that kind of letter to my Director. my name is James
