application email/salutation

Hi, I need to send by email all my application documents, but I am not sure how should I address, because one person I know quite well so I always write "Dear Name X", the other person Is his superior and I should say "Dear Mr. Surname Y".

so should it be :

Dear Name X, Dear Mr. Surname Y
or
Dear Surname X, Dear Mr. Surname Y ? (to keep the same style even I know X already).

Many thanks in advance !
