Application Correction

Here is the sitiation:

xyz is a school and recently it acquired a franchise for famous school chain.

previously it had 150 enroled students franchise take 25% of evey enrolled student fee. xyz is claiming exemption for one year on 150 student that it already had before it joind the franchise.

Here is my version can any one please please correct it and make it more convincing.

Dear Sir,

As you know that XYZ has deposited all initial payments in full, which also includes payment for initial package. School has also gone through extensive hiring and renovation process which resulted in unexpected expenditures. As a result we are now low on capital required for further upgradation of school.

In order to maintain a smooth cash flow it is requested that XYZ should be provided an exemption on previous enrolment of 150 students for time period of one year.
