With due respect submission to state that, I am Rauf Ahmed (Assistants Account) of El Dorado Holdings Ltd. I have to attend a function at Home. I would like to request leave for three days. I would be very grateful if you would permit me to take leave from the 27th of January to the 29th of January.
I therefore, pray and hope that you would kind enough to grant my application. Please let me know if there are others things that I need to do.

I understand that people in your country want to write very, very polite letters. However, I've never known anyone to use the word ' prayer ' except when they are talking to *** ! If you decide not to say 'prayer', you could say 'request' or even 'humble request'.
