I couldn't really understand the news piece given below. I think it says Apple was not able to convince the court to not lift the ban on the Samsung's product and the court will only consider Apple's bid once it has reviewed Apple's request to ban some of Samsung's products permanently. Please let me know where I have it wrong. Thank you.
