Abstemiousness is a condition in which you are careful and wise no to eat or drink alot. It is more similar to healthy appeatite rather than be its antonym.

We shouldn't forget that there are two (if not more) meanings of "healthy" here.

I have a healthy respect for lightning. (prudent?)

"Eat healthy!" (with an eye toward good health)

She has a healthy appetite! (on the strong side, possibly bordering on excessive - sometimes used sarcastically)
