If you're talking to someone who looks young, you can say:

"I would have guessed you were in your (mid-twenties / early thirties / late forties / etc.)"

If you're talking about someone, you can say:

"She looks good for her age."

Generally speaking, I think most references that link age and looks are a bit dodgy.
