APPEAL TO REVIEW ON PERFORMANCE BONUS FOR YEAR 2010
I truly appreciate the Bank has paid me performance bonus for year 2010 on 18th February 2011. But I am feeling reluctant because my advance bonus blocked on November 2010 is not added to the total sum.
The Bank has penalized me due to CTCS fraud case happen at our CRC on September 2009. As the result, my bonus for year 2009 was suspended and my next annual increment freeze for 6 months. Even though the Bank has paid advance bonus to the staffs who are being penalized due to CTCS fraud cases happen on 2009, but my advance bonus is blocked because my increment happens to fall on July. I was being told by IR if my annual increment happens to fall on January I will get the advance bonus.
I do not think my overall performance bonus should be affected anyway due to annual increment. Therefore, I seek your kind consideration to review and justify my performance bonus for year 2010.
