Appeal for stop salary deduction

I am ………….. EMP# ……… security supervisor working at desert camp since 1996 I would like to bring your kind attention to following few lines for sympathetic consideration

On august last year I have had normal day shift, which is from 6 am to 4 pm, after my duty
I park my car (hillux plate # …….) in parking area the accident happened inside AA farm at night approximately 10 pm when second shift security guard (…………. Emp # ………. was patrolling the area an accident resulting vehicle has been badly damaged

Now legal department decided that I must cover this loss for the company and is taking it out of my paycheck approximately 6000SR there for I am requesting for your consideration of stop deduction from my salary I would also like to add that due to high rate of inflation in India this year it’s very hard for me to support my family and My current income is just enough to cover basic necessities,
