Apparently sensitive to criticism, the bull forgot all about the matador and charged at the drunk.

What is the part of "Apparently sensitive to criticism" called? Adverb clause or adverbial adjunct? It seems I cannot find the related topic in the following link:

In Scandinavia, the beginning of the sentence would be called a causal clause equivalent, but I don't think you have much use for that piece of information unless you live in a Scandinavian country!
