What is the proper form: "the Lee's that" or "the Lees' that"?

Is the apostrophe being used to show possession? If so, what is the object?

If you are trying to use it to make Lee plural, do not. An apostrophe is not used to form plurals of common or proper nouns. (Occasionally it aids in forming plurals of abbreviations when simply adding the S might create visual confusion.)
