Apostrophes

Could anyone advise if the apostrophe is correctly used/or missing in the bold sections? Or could the Alpha Coatings brand be said to be adjectival not possessive?

ABC's Marine Coatings are brought to market under the Alpha Coatings brand globally for ocean going vessels.

"the Alpha Coatings brand" does not need an apostrophe. "Alpha Coatings' solutions" looks fussy to me, and I would advocate removing the apostrophe there too. "despite" does not seem quite the right word.

"the Alpha Coatings brand" does not need an apostrophe. "Alpha Coatings' solutions" looks fussy to me, and I would advocate removing the apostrophe there too.

"despite" does not seem quite the right word. "despite X" usually implies that X is a negative thing. You could say "Following the great success..."

Could I check that some people may say that "the Alpha Coatings brand" is a possessive as the brand belongs to Alpha Coatings so could take an apostrophe as in: "the Alpha Coatings' brand"?
