1. Celebrities front a kids' version of the popular baking show.

Is 1. correct with the apostrophe?
The kids version is a type of show that is featuring kids instead of adults ...a kids version. But with the apostrophe it looks like the show is exclusively for young viewers?




2: In these sorts of examples is it correct to use quotation marks around the phrase? To show that it is something people commonly say.
