Apostrophe usage

Hi,

I'm hoping someone could please assist me construct this sentence correctly.

To give you some context I'm writing a business document for a financial institution (and will use "Equip" as the company name) .

Which sentence is correct:

This is a list of forms used by Equip members.

This is a list of forms used by Equip members'.

I may be over thinking this as the first sentence was my first option. I'm just getting caught up on the fact that the members are "of" Equip.

Thank you.
